They are not supportive and very bad management. HR and manager don't Give any dam what employee are going through. They want employee to work as they are machine.

They pick any one even if that person has no knowledge how to handle wfm and ask them to rule on employee.

It's very worst then explaining. They don't give any team outing you will have to pay for everything. Free food was never good it was more dangerous to get food bacteria 🦠🦠

Working with Mphasis was a great experience.Overall work atmosphere was very good. People are very approachable.Many opportunities to grow ,as I was not interested in any growth did not opt for it, however I did get many such opportunities. I have seen people starting as an agent and gradually reaching the level of operation s Manager and Process Head. Timely trainings are given .,which help you to be in line with your client, also the appraisals motivate you to give your best. Everything very professional yet very approachable. I have taken my retirement from this company .Post retirement procedures were also very smooth and without any hazards. My job was slightly different from others I was the only person handling the disputes.It was very challenging job.I had to look after the billing disputes, where people use to be frustrated about their dues. I enjoyed sorting these cases.
