Lack of principles, shabby treatment of employees, only 1 level is mentored well and growth and opportunities remain in that level only, employees beanth that level do not benefit in any way, neither do they receive any communication nor an opportunity to grow. The variable pay and yearly hike are also given in installments and nothing substantial can be planned with this method of payment.

Work Details

9 years with mphasis, from being in the creamiest of projects to then being lost in the crowd after relocating to Chennai from Mumbai.

Infosys Kolkata (Hybrid) - Associate Consultant, ₹12.5L CTC (₹10.97L Fixed + ₹62k Fixed Perf. + ₹89k Variable). Notice period: 90 days. Current CTC: 5.5L, 3 years exp at Mphasis.
