Even after thinking 100 times, I couldn’t find anything

Mphasis is good company..but project money is very worst project in mphasis.management is worst especially anoop prabhakar is very bad manager and lady management also very bad. I can’t say more than this ..i feel like hell here and no job security. They will remove from project very fine day without any reason and without any proper justification

They hired for permenant job position only . After 1 and half years they suddenly put notice period for some specific employee's including me. They say reason to its a contractual process and its end . And did n’t move any other process internally. Its affect employees personally . There is no job security and many politics inside the odc.

Don’t ever join this company. My life worst experience was here. Unskilled managers, no professionalism, this is about non IT Mphasis. Please have some good staff and people who are having sympathy to be hired.

Worst management in PM project and also so called manager is there and he is very rude guy and the worst work culture is exist in that particular project. He is the manager of LOB called maintenance team..if anyone wants to join that particular project, please don’t go

Too much too handle the management, worst work culture in Bangalore, don’t come for growth and hike, it will not happen here snd especially there is a manager who runs the PM Project, He is completely skillless guy and waste candidate, he will only care about people who bucket to him , and too much politics. No safety for job snd they will suddenly call and ask you to leave the job..

I worked with Mphasis only for 6 months and in those 6 months I worked for 3 months only that to at client site. The client site environment was good.

Dislikes

I felt a few people feels that they own the company and gets so rude with the employees. I personally didn't like their attitude , had to quit within 6 months. Otherwise I had a plan to stay for long.

the work culture is smooth and there is not huge amount of pressure exerted by colleagues as compared to other companies. There are also scope for learning opportunities through learning portals.

Dislikes

Not much freedom, in terms of expressing our views. Chances for promotion are very less for tenured employees. Learning opportunities come with huge monetary cost. Team outing opportunities are very limited as it is restricted to how much quarterly budget gets allocated to the delivery manager.

No Employee supportive environment, Do not understand service nature , challenges and help employee. Due to bad treatment by client and mgt not provided required help, had to resign. Even though whole team sitting in different location, it was mandatory to go to office all 5 days .sit alone in office without any interaction .

There is no WFH option, need to maintain floor hours and Target is the worst thing managers will pressure you to achieve Target, thing is if u r not good at process u need to work daily under pressure, need to maintain dress code

Considering tenure employees and experience need to pay attention on scale as per market standards which is potential drawback. Being higher outside they need to pay attention on stay back experience employees.

Literally nothing, can't even give tissue paper, to take some office supplies u need to go to different building, wifi doesn't work in the office

No promotion, will make u work long hours, no perks, no salary hike, got acquired from another company, didn't wanted to join but no choice had to serve the notice period, no promotion for 2 years
