Having short term projects and which is not its own direct projects causes the employees feel insecure to continue and employee should be ready to search for opportunities once the existing project ends.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
