Dislikes

No room for skill development and career growth. You will have all the policies (deputation, Shift allowance, Allowance for additional efforts, etc.), but they simply quote silly reasons (Allowances are project-specific) and you will not get paid not even a rupee apart from your standard salary. Management least bothered about employees' compensation and benefits. No appraisals in the past 2 years. Especially their bench policies are scary, if you are on the bench for 3 months, you will be paid full salary for 2 months and 3rd month half salary will be paid and from 4th month you will not get paid any salary....Read More

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
