It's a good organization to start the career but should not continue once you complete 1 year at Mphasis.

It's my first company as a fresher, i learned a lot of skills and as far as training went it was great.

After training, -there are no projects for gaining actual work experience. -the salary for fresher's is very low -you are put on bench after training and you have to wait for projects for months and the WORST part is there is bench policy, from starting date of the bench period for the next 2 months-full salary and later 2 months-50% salary and after that NO SALARY. This company behave employees just like use and throw. There is no job security into mortgage processes .is there anyone decided to join Mphasis into mortgage project then just change your decision. Pathetic management. I was jobless despite being greate performance of 2 years.

I appreciated the chance to work on real-world projects like 'RLL - What's Cooking.' It helped me gain hands-on experience in designing and implementing a full-stack application with Angular and Spring Boot

While I enjoyed learning new skills and working on interesting projects at Mphasis, I felt there was a lack of job security. The requirement to meet certain exam scores to keep the job was challenging

All company experience depends on direct manager's behaviour and his/ her micromanagement style. So I have a mixed experience so far. Overall the company is trying to be a great place to work howerer, some managers are trying to make it hard the life for lower level executers.

I work for a big four company.. Still I can say mphasis is the best.. The support, the atmosphere, the people, staff and hr support mangers support all I can say is that it is the best best place to work... Peace. Even wen my log out was at 2.30 .. I would still stay der.. Cause it was never like hell feelings.

Salary, hike is the only problem. Still if u think that u dont have work life balance... U can choose mphasis.. Cause I had more time for my personal life as well as I work... I used to cover my work out, morning walk, watch TV, play game, go out meet friends still I reach my office on time...
