Exp: 10 to 12 Yrs

Interview Mode: 1st round Virtual / Online, 2nd Round F2F interview @ Chennai office.

1. Define and implement a comprehensive test strategy for banking applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
2. Develop automation frameworks and methodologies to streamline testing processes.
3. Manage and mentor a team of QA analysts and automation engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
4. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support professional development.
5. should have worked upon API test automation expertise.
6. Should have 5+ years of experience in Banking domain & should have 2+ years of experience in working in mainframe domain.
7. Create detailed test plans, including scope, objectives, resources, and timelines for testing activities.
8. Oversee the execution of functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
9. Lead the design and implementation of automated test scripts using industry-standard tools (TOSCA,Selenium,UFT,BDD,JUnit).
10. Evaluate and integrate new automation tools and technologies to enhance testing capabilities.
11. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product owners, to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
12. Facilitate regular meetings and status updates to communicate testing progress and issues.
13. Establish quality metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor testing progress and outcomes.
14. Prepare and present test summary reports to stakeholders, highlighting quality trends and areas for improvement.
15. Drive process improvements in testing methodologies, tools, and practices.
16. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testing and banking regulations.
