Dislikes

So difficult to get new project while we sitting in bench period. You can get only 2.5 month salary during the bench period, then we will be moving to sabbatical period(No Salary, but we're in Mphasis employee).It also based on your last year ratings which was given by manager.

Work Details

Overall i feel good to work in Mphasis, but only thing so difficult to get new project once we move to bench period.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Infosys Kolkata (Hybrid) - Associate Consultant, ₹12.5L CTC (₹10.97L Fixed + ₹62k Fixed Perf. + ₹89k Variable). Notice period: 90 days. Current CTC: 5.5L, 3 years exp at Mphasis. Stuck in a tough 90-day notice period. Suggestions?
