Nothing I like about MOVATE but client HPE is very useless to learn and develop our skills.

Everything!!!!! The Managers and HR’s and TL’s most of them are safe players and doesn't want to help their own teammates. Especially in switching team. They are the worst ! They literally have no work life balance, no appraisals or benefits. The office is also unhygienic. They don’t clean well ! They do not concern about employees health issues. They force them to come to office to work even work from home is highly possible if not, they ask indirectly to resign the company or they ask why did you join. I lost interest to work due to bad environment in this company. I’m from switching team and this is the worst team. The work life balance is good, so far my teamates and project managers were too friendly and work load is quiet well.

In terms of Salary Appraisal or other benefits, it is not regonizable for those who deserves most of employees lose their hope on continue work on within this organisation. If they change this, it would be one of the satisfying organisation.

Goof place to start a career. Coaching/Training before moving you to production. I got very good managers who were truly supportive. No one will tell you a word if you are effectively handling your work. Technical enablement programs.

Dislikes

Charging for cab. No free/subsidise food facility. Location of office. I felt language politics as well during promotions.

Team leads are they are co-operating people's, manager also supportive if you are facing any new issues or you stuck somewhere they will help you out on that situation.

Minimum leaves this organization giving, appraisal skipped, they didn't giving the good amount for increment, except manager and leads are good but the management is worst same that bangalore organization, movate working for google's client as a third party vendor so the base on experience also this organization didn't giving the good package..
