No Growth Don't think to join it if you are from engineering background. Movate technologies services does not have IT culture and they literally follow the BPO work culture. Most of the managers and all people above manager are non technical and they does not understand the work that you do or you can do. Worst part is they neitherbehaviour is not good.Here the client is Google ...google is also worst company because they don't no how to treated the employees inside the company.. Nothing I like about MOVATE but client HPE is very useless to learn and develop our skills.

Everything!!!!! The Managers and HR’s and TL’s most of them are safe players and doesn't want to help their own teammates. Especially in switching team. They are the worst ! They literally have no work life balance, no appraisals or benefits. The office is also unhygienic. They don’t clean well ! They do not concern about employees health issues. They force them to come to office to work even work from home is highly possible if not, they ask indirectly to resign the company or they ask why did you join. I lost interest to work due to bad environment in this company. I’m from switching team and this is the worst team. No salary hikes, No increments, No appraisal. Company itlself is in financial crisis. They can remove you whenever they want. No job security. Notice period is 3 months which doesn't suits the company. No growth in compensation as well as knowledge.

Very poor salary hike and salary is not based on skills. I have seen people with lower designation tand working in manual getting more salary than higher designation working in automation. High partiality and politics here .

The project which I'm working in Movate for the past 1.5 years it's pretty much astonish me everytime as starting from a junior engineer, EL, TLs, HRs, Managers all are very helpful to one and other, Managers are so supportive. They never let other employees down always.

Dislikes

The company is wonderful, but it depends upon which project you are put up. The project which I'm working, has moderate salary with a huge work load. No proper hikes.
