The projects they offer for networking. Especially deep hands on experience with the tools and too much of exposure to the projects with transperancy. Would recommend anyone to join this organisation which gives you a great knowledge especially with soft skills development. But when it comes to appraisal and opportunities it's very less I found out. Not too many IJPs you'll see in your email.
1. Select your projects which does not requires you to ask for breaks. It should be free when it comes to taking our breaks. 2. IJPs rolled out are totally irrelevant, if you're someone having more than 5+ Years of experience you'll still need to wait for the opportunities to be rolled out. 3. Appraisal is very less. The project which I'm working in Movate for the past 1.5 years it's pretty much astonish me everytime as starting from a junior engineer, EL, TLs, HRs, Managers all are very helpful to one and other, Managers are so supportive. They never let other employees down always.
The company is wonderful, but it depends upon which project you are put up. The project which I'm working, has moderate salary with a huge work load. No proper hikes.

Goof place to start a career. Coaching/Training before moving you to production. I got very good managers who were truly supportive. No one will tell you a word if you are effectively handling your work. Technical enablement programs.

No work life balance. While joining you will get as rotational shifts and off. Been on the same shift and WO entire tenure. Projects are getting rampdown no job security. In Every company there will be a BPHR(Business Partner Hr) related to your project n domain. And whatever is the issue or concern and reaching out your BPHR will be your POC(Point of Contact). But in Movate here. If you have any issue related to your leaves or salary concern then if you drop a mail to your BPHR then they will simplycc your mail with your TL or manager email id. Means routing back to your TL or manager. They the BPHR will not even taken care about your concern. And when if you have done any blunder in your work or shift then BPHR will come forward with shoulder broad saying that "I am your BPHR and I will handle this issue in my hand". When you ping your BPHR in whatsapp or teams. He will see and will not repsond. And when you will call him he will talk in rude way why did you call me at this time. You don't know my shift timings. You should have asked me what is my shift timings etc etc. After facing this callenges once you escalate to next level HR manager then your issue will look into the proper way. Please don't take transport facility in movate as there transport management are irresponsible. They don't update the change in shift to the cab guy and when you ask for the can they will say we didn't have the update. We were hired with false promises firstly and when on boarded and informed the se to HR no action was taken. We were informed mobile was allowed on floor and then slowly they introduced locker system. Here TL, EL Manager all are in effective. 0 problem solving skills from management side. Human resource side after innumerable followup we get response. After quiting we are suppose to get full and final settlement in 45 days a super mail but when spoke to Hr stating it had been more then 45 days they ask us to wait for salary day month end makes no sense. Management is horrible and they think they run a clean system which is not at all true false accusing employees and penalty faced by employees due to TL & EL careless Ness. School teachers manager behaviour. No professionalism Fish market management. Hr Negotiate like rikshawala. Hikes like UPI Discount upto 2%. Target benchmark set based on assuming robot not humans. There Behaviour is like they are doing favour on employees but in reality they are earning 1000 from the employees and giving 1 rupeessalary to them. Also on everything they deducted the cost for example if transport allowance ideally should be 500 but if they give 350 to old employee when policy proposed after cost cutting they reduced it to 300 to new employee as they don't know the background. Always think 100times you join here they have habit of cost cutting. They removed the access of outlook mail because they see there is no use of it.
