The project which I'm working in Movate for the past 1.5 years it's pretty much astonish me everytime as starting from a junior engineer, EL, TLs, HRs, Managers all are very helpful to one and other, Managers are so supportive. They never let other employees down always.

Dislikes

The company is wonderful, but it depends upon which project you are put up. The project which I'm working, has moderate salary with a huge work load. No proper hikes.

Goof place to start a career. Coaching/Training before moving you to production. I got very good managers who were truly supportive. No one will tell you a word if you are effectively handling your work. Technical enablement programs.

Dislikes

Charging for cab. No free/subsidise food facility. Location of office. I felt language politics as well during promotions.

No worries about emergency work during non working hours and non working days. No one will disturb you and you can spend happy time with your family!

Dislikes

Process and procurement will be slow and if an employee is lay off or relieved from work no proper send off is provided. Then you need to follow up for settlement and experience letter + relieving letter.

No salary hike No compoff neither payment during extra shift. Poor work life balance SPOC don't want to talk even with experience employee regarding the issue on any matter. Payment is too low.

1-Flexible work timings, making it easier to maintain work-life balance. 2- Work pressure is manageable, not overly stressful. 3- Colleagues are generally good and cooperative.

1- Many employees, including managers, do not understand Hindi, which creates a communication barrier. 2- Some colleagues tend to be selfish and not very supportive. 3- Poor management—Team Leads (TLs) and senior-level employees do not genuinely care about employee concerns or project issues. 4- Even when management is aware of problems, they act indifferent. 5- Project managers misuse employee funds meant for increments—taking the money for personal trips, vacations, and parties instead of giving proper salary hikes....Read More

In Every company there will be a BPHR(Business Partner Hr) related to your project n domain. And whatever is the issue or concern and reaching out your BPHR will be your POC(Point of Contact). But in Movate here. If you have any issue related to your leaves or salary concern then if you drop a mail to your BPHR then they will simplycc your mail with your TL or manager email id. Means routing back to your TL or manager. They the BPHR will not even taken care about your concern. And when if you have done any blunder in your work or shift then BPHR will come forward with shoulder broad saying that "I am your BPHR and I will handle this issue in my hand". When you ping your BPHR in whatsapp or teams. He will see and will not repsond. And when you will call him he will talk in rude way why did you call me at this time. You don't know my shift timings. You should have asked me what is my shift timings etc etc. After facing this callenges once you escalate to next level HR manager then your issue will look into the proper way. Please don't take transport facility in movate as there transport management are irresponsible. They don't update the change in shift to the cab guy and when you ask for the can they will say we didn't have the update. You will get two calls one is from cab team that "are you coming" eventhough it was confirmed and second call from driver that "are you coming"?...Read More

All rules are for company benefits, Not for employees... If something is available for employees... I mean small loop holes... Which is beneficial for employees... Company intervene in taking benifits...

We were hired with false promises firstly and when on boarded and informed the se to HR no action was taken. We were informed mobile was allowed on floor and then slowly they introduced locker system. Here TL, EL Manager all are in effective. 0 problem solving skills from management side. Human resource side after innumerable followup we get response. After quiting we are suppose to get full and final settlement in 45 days a super mail but when spoke to Hr stating it had been more then 45 days they ask us to wait for salary day month end makes no sense. Management is horrible and they think they run a clean system which is not at all true false accusing employees and penalty faced by employees due to TL & EL careless Ness. Very poor salary hike and salary is not based on skills. I have seen people with lower designation tand working in manual getting more salary than higher designation working in automation. High partiality and politics here .

Do expect hikes even they will give default 1.86% hike only. Even you work here more than 5 years you wont get any promotion or role change. Dont expect any Perks. For Diwali they wont give any Bonus or Sonpapdi box, even they don't send Diwali wishes mail .
