Earlier company was best because of open work culture, job security but from past two years things are getting worse. However CEO talks are good but his team is like nothing.

Practice head level management is frustrating thing in MIND. Nothing is good. Employees are leaving company in bulk.

It's most of the work was outsourced to outside organization. This was the main reason , company culture are not so professional and increments and other benefits are very low comparison to it own subsidiaries.

It's nice part of big group, have nice working culture, focused on supporting multiple group companies.

Dislikes

Slow is decision making, not interested in outside group business have some wonderful products but not working on them to improve it.Have excellent practice teams but working on outdated technologies which creates a big gap .
