Management doesn't address the issues. Salary is decent and work load also balanced but learning opportunity is very less. There is a bond of 3years which you cannot resign.

Rude attitude of superiors, extra hours without compensation, HR policies, culture as seen in indian govt banks/offices,no amenities like gym/canteen/recreation room, no parties/celebrations.

Work Details

Stressful. Even during covid, we are coming to office since June 2020.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years.
