Being employed on 6 months contract, does not really give me an assurance of job security. The work culture, management and company policies somehow do not consider the betterment of employees welfare. During this Pandemic, the only support rendered is supply of hand sanitizer in the offices, and nothing more.

Dislikes

No consideration to review and increase one's earnings. There are no fringe benefits.
