1. Working hours are more almost 9-12 hours(9 theoretically and 12 practically( 2. The work environment is discouraging and tensing. 3. The country head of MTH isn't a right person to lead especially with his lack of communications skills and behavioral imbalance.

It is one hell of a learning place both w.r.t dealing with stress as well as working with difficult and unacceptable people. Also, they pounce on your salary forcing you to quit as the HR and the manages are all unprincipled!
