I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Dislikes

Totally mismanaged company, multiple authorities contradicting each other's decision. No information flow. No interdepartmental cooperation and inter branch communication system.

Work Details

I haven't worked more than 10 % of my potential. They just want someone to execute their decisions and sit idle rest of the time. Best suited for people who prefer liedurely work habits.
