Not much to like about. Earlier their policies were good enough to work from home and work while being another city. But now they are enforcing coming to office, so this only incentive is also gone now.

It client driven company. The product will be released to multiple clients and then all the deliverable deadlines will be decided based on client demand. Most of the time you would be working on 1 site released then 2 day after another one then next day another. Along with that, developers are asked to work as support team. My team now even have started to make or developers work in night shift as well. Then even after all that there won't be much hike and no bonus. Promotion just forget, without buttering your job itself would be at risk. In case your manager has beef with you, then even with proper reasoning and moral ground you will found yourselves cornered. Work and feature that we get work on is good, but there is least or no time to understand the modules to complete the work.

Dislikes

Does expect you to work for 16hrs straight. Toxic management, gives feature task or a major defect and ask us to close in 8-9 hrs with all UTs and manual testing. Release done manually, no automations. If bugs are raised by QE for a feature delivered for testing, then it is considered sin and they scold and plan to fire you. If someone is at probation, they find opportunities to remove from company, no job safety. Project plannings are done without considering the resources and work life balance. There’s no scope for growth or opportunities to learn new skills, leaving employees stagnant and unmotivated. Top-level management shows little to no concern for employee well-being, while demanding excessive working hours that often exceed 14 hours a day.
