The current work environment fosters toxicity, regional politics, and even racism, creating an unfair and demoralizing atmosphere. There’s no scope for growth or opportunities to learn new skills, leaving employees stagnant and unmotivated. Top-level management shows little to no concern for employee well-being, while demanding excessive working hours that often exceed 14 hours a day. Such an exploitative culture only allows a select few with personal favoritism or connections to thrive, leaving the rest to struggle. This is not how an organization should function. If you face any problem...no one listens to you all...even hr group is useless....i don't know why they hire people if they can't know how to treat people. Recommendation -Do not Join this company... nothing new is learning there.

I was basically Back-end developer. I was recruited as Full- Stack Developer and was told that I will be given opportunity to groom in Frontend also. I was interested in learning front end technologies and that is the only reason I have choosen this offer. But for past one year, I am working on some random tool, where I am doing drag and drop only. I was from South and I don't understand Hindi. So, I was treated like I don't know anything. I couldn't even raise my queries because the problem is mainly from Upper management. No work life balance also. Even personal queries and problems will be understandable by Leads, only if I know Hindi. They tease us in Hindi. My worst decision of my life is choosing this company. For free transport also, we have to continuously ask for TT's daily. No career improvement. We have to learn by self interest....Read More

Here Variable pay (part of our CTC) is referred as a 'bonus'. Ideally the bonus is over and above an individual's CTC. Above that it is paid after 8 to 11 months on the condition that employee should be on a fixed payroll. If a candidate is on notice period or have left the organization, she/he does not get it. Eg. Variable pay of calendar year 2020 was paid in two parts - Sept2021 and Dec2021 Variable pay of calander year 2021 is still not paid. Same was done even for earlier years. Component of Variable pay belongs to an employee and we see no reason for it to be delayed by almost a year! Interval monterey growth is ok. Salary review not done in 2020.
