There is a sizable learning curve to the niche domain that the company works in, which can be better addressed during on-boarding of new recruits. Management needs a slightly more 'tech-infrastructure'-centric think tank to counter steadily rising product demands. Very limited team size puts intense pressure on individual contributors especially during delivery crunch phases of products, thereby negatively affecting work-life balance.

Everything. Management is very poor, product has only bugs and will ask you to provide the fixes. They will have the release every alternate day and even though there are issues, they will deliver. The timelines are very poor and they commit on fly without even coming to development team.
