Work and feature that we get work on is good, but there is least or no time to understand the modules to complete the work.

Does expect you to work for 16hrs straight. Toxic management, gives feature task or a major defect and ask us to close in 8-9 hrs with all UTs and manual testing. Release done manually, no automations. If bugs are raised by QE for a feature delivered for testing, then it is considered sin and they scold and plan to fire you. If someone is at probation, they find opportunities to remove from company, no job safety. Project plannings are done without considering the resources and work life balance. Everyone in every project work over weekends and 16hrs straight for the past 3 months....Read More
