This workplace is not suitable for those who are looking to start a career in the IT industry. It is more like a playground where college students are hired in bulk and work without any skill development programs. The office building looks old and lacks proper chairs, tables, and a canteen facility, let alone coffee machines. Working here can hinder your growth and turn you into a lazy employee with no discipline in your life. Furthermore, employees working in the night shift are engaged in inappropriate activities like alcohol and drugs inside the office premises. The management is also not up to the mark as few people who are closer to the CEO hardly come and sit in the office. The CEO entertains them without considering the discipline of other managers. Managers will treat you like your slave and use false languages very commonly during the working hours. The HR managers of the company, especially Sandeep Walia and others, treat employees poorly and are always busy, leaving little to no time for them. Exit formalities are also not handled properly, which results in employees being unable to accept their full and final settlement with the company. The company forces employees to do a two-month notice period while exiting, even though they ask for immediate joining during the hiring process. They also make employees sign an illegal yearly bond during the appraisal process. The company violates several laws, including not deducting the PF of many employees and changing the company's name to save taxes. Work-life balance is also non-existent, and the appraisal policy is terrible. After the appraisal, the company makes employees wait for four months and then gives them arrears just to keep them onboard. Overall, I would suggest that anyone looking to start their career in the IT industry should avoid this company. Overall lacking in every field. Very less salary according to our experience. Not recommended by me for anyone. Complete in politics. No work life balance, no company benifits, no salary hike at all . Micro management by HR Team, company will not provide anything regarding your work. You have to work like your personal work, you won't get metrial or any source for your work. But they need maximum profit with very minimum investment. They will remove people without proper guidance or without informing properly.
