Good work environment with good sunlight inside the office and the dress code and the culture. The leader were supportive and the management was little not transparent. There is a good space down the office to spend time in break hours. The company policies were not that good and the appraisals were fine and they give bonus and salary on time.

Dislikes

There is a partiality in paying the employees. Does not consider our ideas to implement in management, salary is bit less, but the career growth went slow due to mild politics. Bond of 3 months for resign was good. Job training is not properly given to new employees

Work Details

The job is quite interesting to reply buyers queries on the order, though without training i managed well. I got the chance to wear lunghi during weekends and got a taste of other roles in the same business.
