I worked in purchase department. It was very horrible and worst culture in purchase department to work here. Hence i left within 6 months. Purchase manager (Mahadev prasad) and NPD manager (Prashant) both are waste as they are thinking they only knows entire industry. Instead of doing work, they will always do chit chat and pointingout you and blaming simply. GET's don't join here under purchase. I am grateful to working in mitsubishi.At 2015 I was an opportunity to visit Japan motherplant I learned many things and got technical training period of 2month and adopted somany things in our working area.
