Likes

The company only takes road development projects. You get to work from as small as village roads to National highways. You can learn everything about road constructions.

Dislikes

I can not see my future over there. There were no increments or incentives or overtime,etc. The company only took road development projects.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
