This company Miror Therapeutics private limited is led by Person called Sanjith Shetty , Unfortunately, my experience was very poor. Sanjith's leadership skills and business acumen seem lacking. During my brief tenure of 3 months (i feel like i worked with doncey), i observed unprofessional behaviour and lack of respect towards employees. Despite initial niceties, his behaviour quickly deteriorated , revealing a pattern of disrespects and manipulation. Miror dream to become unicorn femtech seems questionable given with CEO's conduct , there is no job security , and many promises made during the hiring process were not fulfilled. i would advise potential employees to think carefully before joining this company....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

the role suffers from significant underutilization, with employees often assigned tasks that don's align with their skills or potential. this leads to under employment, leaving many feeling unchallenged and undervalued and there seems to be a strong focus on CEO's ego rather than fostering a collaborative, employee focus environment.
