Thank you for sharing your feedback. It's great to hear that you've found ample learning opportunities during your time at our company. At Mindteck, work-life balance is taken very seriously. This is one of the reasons why it’s a key pillar of our Employees-First approach. While we recognize that there may be times when some employees need to fulfil crucial project or client demands, our employees’ life priorities should not be unnecessarily impacted. As far as salaries and increments are concerned, such matters are dependent on a number of factors, including business profitability and market competitiveness, as well as role and performance. Thanks for the feedback. It's good to hear that ,you are enjoying learning opportunities. We consistently arrange learning and training sessions so we can grow together. The workload can be more at certain points, depending on the different phases of project life cycle. However, if you are facing this issue beyond a reasonable time - please speak to your reporting manager or HR partner.
