The most important thing I felt satisfied about is the work environment. I worked with a good team with helpful seniors n managers. Grateful for that.
Dislikes
Appraisal system is average. Increment is poor. Appreciation and recognition is minimum. That is one thing Mindteck lacks. It discourages employees. There are little or no celebrations in kolkata office which makes offc very boring.

The horrible company in my 9 years of carrier, I would request all, not to join this cheap company. There is no job security. There is no coordination with their clients when the hire a employee in a contract position. The waste company in my 9 years of experience period.

When I was hired, I was informed that its a permanent role and a long term project and they used to deploy in client location. After deployment they were no further interaction with mindteck manager. They did not check how the project is going on. And If client says budget issue or any reason. HR will call you to resign or they will send a last working date. There is no job security.
