Yes they do have plenty of onsites but its for the luckiest people who made their bosses happy or you are in semi or life sciences project... Don't expect cutting edge technologies here.... When I was hired, I was informed that its a permanent role and a long term project and they used to deploy in client location. After deployment they were no further interaction with mindteck manager. They did not check how the project is going on. And If client says budget issue or any reason. HR will call you to resign or they will send a last working date. There is no job security.
