Work life balance is too good bcos they don't have projects in the EDS. EDS department will run by the revenue of other department only. Better to shutdown this department.

No likes to say about EDS department. No projects to do and No good communication between clients.They will deliver the projects to client in pathetic way by telling lies. Worst leadership in EDS department. When I was hired, I was informed that its a permanent role and a long term project and they used to deploy in client location. After deployment they were no further interaction with mindteck manager. They did not check how the project is going on. And If client says budget issue or any reason. HR will call you to resign or they will send a last working date. There is no job security.
