I have left Olam due to harassment by manager (adini). I have complained to hr but no action has taken. so careful while working with him. he behaves like i was his home servant and assigned me his kid's college project to solve. He threatened me to throw out of the company without listening to my issues. He also abused me on my experience. if somebody post any +ve review against him. You can count him as a bootlicker.One of my collegue had left olam due to his harassment. so request to new joiner please check the RM details before joining olam....Read More

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
