In depth learning on any process and the independence in performing the tasks. Employee friendly environment and most importantly the leadership team apart from focusing on the business process, also care more in employee benefits.

Clients are demanding and extreme physical and mental stress during closing activities and on budget exercises.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
