Top level managements are good but they were not aware of most of the things. After corona most of the employees are working from remote and lost relation between employees and leads. Leads will contact employees only when some issues happens. Otherwise they wont even talk casually.

Leads will torture employees like anything. If they don't like somebody, will start micro management for harassing them

Everything is good if you are joining as a developer or tester but not as a BDM feels like a school and on top of that if you are guy your life will be living hell and no one but that single boss is going to make sure he does it, Well i should save the best part for dislikes

Dislikes

The day you join mindfire as a BDM or even market research start looking for a new job. Just don't ever think you will be staying in this company for a year even as you will be thrown out after 3 months no matter how much efforts you put.
