Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? Top level managements are good but they were not aware of most of the things. After corona most of the employees are working from remote and lost relation between employees and leads. Leads will contact employees only when some issues happens. Otherwise they wont even talk casually.

Everything is good if you are joining as a developer or tester but not as a BDM feels like a school and on top of that if you are guy your life will be living hell and no one but that single boss is going to make sure he does it, Well i should save the best part for dislikes
