This company has faced a recession 3 times. There has been no-layoff, no deduction in salary, no late salary till now, and also WFH has been made mandatory till mid of next years off course exceptions are there. If I talk about the company during the pre-COVID era even then WFH was there, seniors/leads/managers are very supportive, flexible timing(based on project), free lunch and breakfast, above avg compensation....Read More

It’s just an Awesome work culture. Except some bunch of greedy people it’s fantastic Company.

Dislikes

Some of the well educated people are ther but not well trained so some time facing problems. Otherwise just a awesome company to start your career and continue with it as well.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
