Mindfire is like an ocean of knowledge where you can learn every day, work culture is great you will always find someone around you if you get stuck. Mindfire allows unlimited WFH before covid, which shows the culture of a company.

sometimes one needs to work more than the actual work hour because of work pressure, which solely depends on your project. Rest there is nothing to dislike about Mindfire Solutions. It is a great place to work.

I am working as a full-stack developer, here generally people work on both Front End and Backend that is the most beautiful thing about mindfire because you can explore every field.

Interestingly, they were actively hiring new employees while simultaneously initiating a new business venture. - The client base is quite limited, and delivery managers consistently pressure developers to secure new projects in order to bring more developers on board. - Certain clients exhibit challenging behavior, often escalating issues even when the fault lies with their own teams. - The HR department lacks professionalism, as evidenced by the practice of sharing documents without the company's standard header and footer—a departure from industry norms. - Due to one team lead managing multiple projects, communication challenges arise, making it difficult to convey project specifics in the limited time available. - Timely deposit of Provident Fund (PF) amounts is inconsistent, and the organization fails to address this issue during full and final settlements. The organisation has a positive culture. They have WFH option so you can save a lot.

Work-life balance will mostly depend on client projects. I put in a lot of time working, but I never really received any thanks. The appraisal will be based on the client's budget. You shouldn't anticipate a positive appraisal if your clients aren't good. I used to get messages from seniors late at night about work.
