I left GRG few months ago and it was one the nicest company for freshers. You got to learn alot. Its like you were just a seed before joining there and they made you a flower. Who can bloom anywhere. Everything , GRG is extremely toxic company that I have ever worked with. I was in EM team and literally the culture is worst. No proper training is given plus after peak time when projects are done they wont care if you are in company or not. My manager was about to put me on PIP ( improvement plan where you will be trained again and you can resign during this and if later they decide they can directly terminate you). I was just new to organisation and still was able to provide 10-9 recruits every month which was decent enough. My team lead and SRA where also toxic enough with 0 skills and 0 humanity....Read More

Everything, mean TL, toxic culture, no recognition, seniors are most useless and mean they pretend they are working but in reality they will pass on all there task to new joinees, specifically TL name start with (v) don't know how to talk most rude.

No work-life balance. The company culture is really bad. It follows micro management. The team leads and managers think that if people are working in rotational shifts then they are available for the whole day. All the managers and team leads are just BTech-pass. There are no boundaries between personal and professional life. Pay is like peanuts.

They pay their empolyees well. Some people are good to work with.

There is no proper training and TLs are very biased and ofcourse there is favouratism here too. Appraisal will be given only if you are TL's favorite. Also, groups make fun of and talk nonsense about some people in the office. I have seen people left alone and due to that they have even left jobs here. Its not very good environment for people who dont talk much.
