There is nothing positive about this company. It's a worst company to work with. There is no work life balance. No respect towards employees. They promise hike and then cheat. Positive reviews on Google is given by their relatives and friends. Even they force employees to give positive reviews. They don't even provide basic necessity in the office space. They mentally torture an employee and make him/her resign if they don't like that employee. And they hold the salary and don't give. They are not providing any benefits. No pf, no health insurance, or any employee benefits. Timing are strict. If log out time is 6.30 and once in a while employee need to leave early they make him/her stand there and question. They are hesitant to give 12 leaves a year. They add all Saturday and Sunday festival which is not important and leave weekday festivals. So overall an employee will get only 6/8 leave per year.
