Good company for freshers to develop their carrier. It will be like a family fell & employee friendly environment, simply superb. If you do good things, appreciation mails will be received, which boost us to give our excellence.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is pretty slow comparing to competitors.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
