BI Team was good and structured. Team was small and even though, each person has their own roles, everyone worked as a single unit with great coordination. Had excellent support from team to do a lot of R&D, but there wasn't much support from other teams and management to incorporate them into final product for customers (internal or external). Work life balance was good, all we had to do was maintain atleast 8 hours in office, when we come and go is irrelevant (as long as we dont miss a meeting). Unless you are doing some R&D, work is, for the most part boring and routine. with absolutely no challenge

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
