People, and how they working at team, they are responsible to another people, and always responsive to help.

Dislikes

When a lot of orders are, trucks arrive on the same day, then we start to get lost and confusing, this how we make mistakes. Also a lot of tasks assigned to us, and its not just picking or unloading lorries, but MVE& - (Real frames, and Cullen tanks). This job was before for different department, but now they say that we have to unloading and taking Cullen Tanks to line, I will say that is double Job, and its very hard when you got Delivered and picking on same time. The Best way is working not with 2 people on the shift, but 3, its will cover paper work, and booking on the system, as same making "Bill of Route", u.t.c...Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
