Unacceptable situation at Maxicus Neem everyone's attention at the current situation at Maxicus, It is with great regret, I must inform you that everything seems to be going to be wrong. Multiple processes are running, bitSamsung is the only anokha process, it seems like there is no proper management in place. Instead, favoritism isbeing promoted, and the saying "jo chat.. hai wo aage badhta hai" seems to be the motto here. To give you some insight, our Malik- Bhardwaj and his sidekick - Anubhav, who appears to be Harshita's admirer, are one's in charge. Unfortunately there is no valve given to hardworking individuals. Instead Anubhav, the favorite, has the privilege to login of logging in using his girlfriend's ID. and Malik - Bhardwaj supports him, as for the HR department, they re no help at all. In addition to this, Anubhav who is the leader of drug addicts (Takes weed-Ganja) & other employees are are under the influence of intoxicating substances during office hours, and there is no security for the office female staff. To make matter worse, there is a culture of using abusive language (BC, MC, G...,C..., BKL...) as a means of communication. It is unacceptable that even the HR department is aware of this and they chose to turn a blind eye. Furthermore, it is common knowledge that drugs are being consumed within the premises, instead of taking any actions, the management is known for the "Nasha" yha weed peene ko wale ko chdh... dia jata hai or daru k jhoote iljaam.. mai dusre ko fasaya jata hai, Maxicus is famous for ladki baazi & Nasha. Waah Bhardwaj Ji waah. Even HR knows about all these things & still, they are OK, Jai Maxicus ki HR. It is shame that this is what this company has become known for. I urge to take immediate action to address these kinds of issues. As a person, I'm appalled by the lack of professionalism and ethics eith in our organization.
