I have worked as an customer support executive for voice process in Maxicus they will not treat freshers as freshers they will give training for just 1 week about the process after that they will directly push you to take calls, while taking calls they will feel us like worthless they start point out in on-job training, from 10th day onwards they start pressurized to meet kpi's, the floor manager will shout on us to meet KPI's and the employees will feel like they are worthless,first of all they will not give enough training and they will except to meet all KPI's in just 10 days of on job training it is very disturbing & disappointing
If we ask leave on any emergency basis like health issue they will asked me to submit the entire medical reports of me for taking one day leave, the management, the team leaders are very toxic in understanding employee basic needs and rights, they will give lunch break but you have to ask daily twice and thrice to have a meal, After 3 pm also they will check for availability and then they will give you half an hour lunch break literally i feel like for having lunch also we have to take permission and approval of team leader it is very annoying...Read More
