The work-life balance is awesome. The best part is that seniors are very supportive and humble. You just have to finish your 9 hours no matter when you come, so this shows the flexible timing. No toxicity No blame game (till now in my team), team always pushes you to perform better. This company has a great learning curve as it works on Spanish Airline project which has a huge complexity.

They don't hire Freshers (till now).
