If you are working in night shift, they won't provide night shift work allowance. This company is good for freshers but not good for experienced professionals. Sometimes you need to work even extra time without any pay, which is generally present everywhere.

Peace place to work, no more tension about work. But less lesser salary. Imagine getting less then 10k being software engineer.

Dislikes

Seriously they play with junior engineer(freshers) in name of software engineer they give technical consultant job. If fresher is super talented he will move further if not he will be consultant for ever. Worst HR experience ever.
