I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Working as a teacher over there was really very good.. Management is also good in kashti.. All staff is very nice n co-operative...salary was good n we used to get on time.

2020 I didn't got salary whole year.. Because I was new teacher. So I left without informing principal Parents make issue on simple simple things
