Good work environment and culture. The management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary and during pandamic situation they have full salary on time without firing/ kicking anyone from company

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning but team & management was good which helped me to I learn faster. I got a chance to grow from staff to manager

Company policies are excellent they give each individual equal opportunities by not discriminating on gender basis,or on caste and religion basis. Work culture is excellent with good team work,On job training,with an in house coach working on every individuals growth.Excellent salary packages on par with other organization Jo b security is well defined in the company policies,His/Her job is assured if one follows the do's and dont's of the organization. During this pandemic , company didn’t take any decision for staff reduction or salary deduction but of course all r performance based. Now in store we r working in 2 groups so that if any one effected than other group can run the trading.
