Company policies are excellent they give each individual equal opportunities by not discriminating on gender basis,or on caste and religion basis. Work culture is excellent with good team work,On job training,with an in house coach working on every individuals growth.Excellent salary packages on par with other organization Jobsecurity is well defined in the company policies,His/Her job is assured if one follows the do's and dont's of the organization.
