I feel lucky that I have work in this organization, because the way Marks and Spencer gave opportunity to each and every employees to get promote yourself if you have capabilities and potential to come out from your comfort zone and showcase your experience and talent.

I started as CSA here in Marks and Spencer in 2019, I learnt lot of thing and gained experience related to business, internal efficiency and work culture of retail stores.

I think in India this is the best organisation to work for because they have world class process, standards, structure & most importantly life balance. It's give you opportunity to explore new areas with your skills.

Dislikes

As like other retailers M & S has few Managers who don't want to see their people n floor managers to grow early. They will put some forks in your ways.

Work culture work place is good to work. I got to learn new things in departments. Company has good policies for the employees and their betterment.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
