Management and Managers are very unprofessional and they are not at all trustworthy. Not giving proper time to employees to gel and grasp things. No proper training is provided. Management is not at all experienced for how to run the company, What all facilities require to run the company, etc. Both the managers don't have any kind of knowledge. They fire the employee anytime without any reason. Always point out the employees in a negative manner. No motivation to work. No coordination in management. Management is very dirty minded. Not giving incentives as per the commitments neither showing performance reports. Very strong advice - Management and Managers need to take their admission in primary school before driving this company. Being a Punjabi one more strong advice to Amandeep singh specially, first you need to learn the meaning of wearing Dastaar and Kirpaan. Both the things are not made for fraudsters, thieves, illiterate persons like you. You both Amandeep and Ankur gupta need to learn that how to become a human being first before managing your own unprofessional company.
