Likes

Having Friendly colleagues and positive work environment. Frequent travel to sites and individual projects from the management makes broaden ones skills set. Malles provides good increment and fosters a positive company culture.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
